Daniel Sockwell
I'm a big fan of the Raku language, a member of Raku Steering
Council, and a member of The Perl Foundation's Legal Committee. Before I become a programmer, I was a
practicing attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell (a large New York City law firm) – but
decided to become a software developer after helping the firm build a web application that dealt
with data breach law. These days, I'm a full-time developer of free software (mostly in Raku, but also in Rust, JavaScript, or whatever other language the situation calls for).
I don't use twitter, but am on Mastodon at @codesections@fosstodon.org
